Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food production teams, to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor team members in culinary skills, customer service, and health regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with upper management on menu planning and special events.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the culinary industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
