We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the culinary field, with a passion for food preparation and safety. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a diverse team and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food production teams, to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity. Train and mentor team members in culinary skills, customer service, and health regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive dining experience. Collaborate with upper management on menu planning and special events.

Skills



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the culinary industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both food production and service delivery. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and suppliers. A passion for the hospitality industry with an understanding of current trends in food service.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
