Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:



To provide friendly,courteous,and professional service at all times to the highest standards,leading by example. To build and maintain an efficient team of employees,driving the team towards the objectives of the business. To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded. To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards,giving regular feedback and appraisals To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively. Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team,finding ways to improve and learn.

About you:



You have 2 years + experience in this position You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers,as well as the entire front of house operation. You love to wow guests with exceptional service,and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service. You have excellent English language skills
