Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Create and implement menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
