We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste to optimise profitability.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
