We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Michelin star restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in premium hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including service quality, team leadership, and kitchen management.
Supervise and train foh team, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Oversee stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among teams.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals while maintaining cost control.
Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction with their dining experience.
Collaborate with the Sommelier to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Michelin experience highly advantageous
Strong background in premium hospitality, culinary arts is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams and managing team performance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation and service is required.
