We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a flair for team leadership.
Duties
- Manage and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
- Supervise bar operations, including bartending and drink service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Implement effective cost control measures to maximise profitability
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or culinary industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 27,000.00-35,000.00 per year
