About the Role:



As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the team during service and be the face of the restaurant during service. You'll play a key role in driving a high-performance culture while ensuring each guest enjoys a flawless and memorable experience. Working closely with the Head Waiter and Reception, Kitchen, Bar and Senior Management Team, you'll work daily to deliver excellence in both service and hospitality for our guests. As we run two venues from one kitchen (Ocasa being the other), you'll need to manage upwards and nurture close working relationships with the team in both venues.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaising with Reception team to plan the best experience for our guests.

Onboard, support, train, and mentor the front-of-house team.

Execute and maintain the Service Journey at the table from all team members on shift.

Maintain and exceed spend per head targets through coaching, training, mentoring and salesmanship.

Plan & deliver financial targets around labour controls and sales mix.

Plan Rotas, manage consumable spends to a budget.

About You:



Previous management experience in both fine dining and volume operations.

A genuine interest in wine and food.

A natural empathy and care for our people, both the team and our guests.

Natural leader with great communication and people skills

Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure

A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: 37,500.00-38,500.00 per year
