WINGKINGZ MK NEEDS A RESTAURANT MANAGER. COULD THAT BE YOU?

We're WingKingz -- Milton Keynes born and bred, proudly serving up the sauciest wings, boldest burgers, and vibes you just can't fake. Since 2021, we've grown from one little chicken joint to a UK-wide brand making serious noise -- and our original store in MK is still at the heart of it all.

Now we're on the hunt for a General Manager to take the reins, lead the crew, and keep WingKingz MK flying high.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Run the show. You'll manage day-to-day operations and make sure everything's smooth from open to close. Lead your squad. Motivate, coach, and build a team that's passionate, consistent, and proud to wear the WingKingz badge. Keep guests happy. Whether they're dining in, grabbing a takeaway, or raving on TikTok, you'll make sure the experience is 10/10. Own the numbers. Labour %, margins, targets -- you'll know your way around a P&L and keep us profitable while still keeping it real. Order smart. Stay on top of stock levels, supplier comms, and wastage. No one likes running out of hot honey wings on a Friday. Stay compliant. Health and safety? Food hygiene? You're on it. Push the brand. Activate local promotions, get involved in community events, and bring creative energy to everything we do.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

You've got at least 2 years of experience running a fast-paced restaurant, takeaway or kitchen You're a natural leader who gets people, builds good vibes, and leads from the front You love food and hospitality and genuinely care about making people happy You're driven by results but not afraid to get stuck in, wipe a table, or pack an order when needed You've got a keen eye for detail, you're organised, and you know how to manage a rota, a fridge, and a team chat without losing your mind
