Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and possess strong leadership abilities to drive our team towards success. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Recruiting and training staff.

- Organising staff shifts and scheduling

- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including chefs and servers

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Supervise bar operations, including bartending activities and drink service

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure exceptional service

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall dining experience

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and performance

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques

-Proven 5 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in Nepalese fine dinning restaurant management.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team

- Previous experience in bartending.

-A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
