Restaurant Manager

Full-Time (45 Hours)

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to effectively lead the Restaurant Team at The Seamill Hydro Hotel. As our Restaurant Manager you will play a pivitol role in motivating and develop a dynamic team to ensure our guests dining experience exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations in the hotel in line with RAD standards of service and food quality Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring a collaborative team environment Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness in all areas Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously Coordinate with the kitchen team to optimise food preparation and service efficiency

What you'll need:

At least 2 years experience in Supervisor or Management role within a hospitality setting Experience in fast paced restaurant environment Excellent communication skills Strong Customer service skills Passionate about hospitality Self motivated and able to motivate and develop a cohesive team
