Job Description

After a successful opening of our newest planet friendly pizzeria in Wokingham, Knead Neapolitan Pizza is looking for an exceptional General Manager to join our team and build on our fantastic start.



Knead Neapolitan Pizza is an independent, family-run business, who put sustainability and staff wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do. This is your chance to work for a value-led company in our buzzing new pizzeria in Wokingham.

Requirements:

Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills Previous experience within a management role in the hospitality industry Develop and manage our vibrant FOH team to drive standards of service and efficiencies Passion for excellent customer service An appetite to learn, reliable nature and an ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment Being a good team player and a generally nice person with a positive attitude are also key - as is a passion for proper pizza! Pre-settled status or UK resident
Role expectations:

To lead from the front during service, being a focal point for customers and staff Liaise with owners to ensure that our ethos is brought to life Work with Head Chef to ensure the prompt and efficient service of all food and drinks to the required standards To be familiar with the menu and knowledge about the Knead brand and suppliers we work with (training provided) Intuitive with customer needs and ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return Lead your team by example and help create a fun and focused environment to work in Compliance: Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
