We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the evening operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining high standards of service. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a pivotal role in creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills in culinary techniques and customer service. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards to maintain a safe dining environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale among staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike. A background in hotel management or culinary arts is advantageous but not essential.
