Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and leadership, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient restaurant performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure high standards of food production, presentation, and quality
- Oversee food safety procedures and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Train and develop staff in culinary skills, service standards, and health & safety practices
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement cost control measures to maximise profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus and special promotions
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
- Proficient in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and menu planning
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Proven track record in managing restaurant operations efficiently
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
