We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant supervisor to support the General Manager overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. As the Restaurant Syupervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff while ensuring efficient team management.
Duties
Supervise FOH operations, including back-of-house activities.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with f
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisor role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong background in food production and knowledge of food safety standards.
Demonstrated ability in supervising teams effectively with a focus on leadership development.
Experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
