```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team. As a Manager on shift, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a exceptional knowledge of wine, strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that all food production meets quality standards and is prepared in a timely manner
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of food supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
```Experience```
- A high knowledge of wine is necessary!
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team of employees
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bartending, kitchen management, and customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
