Duties:
- Manage Restaurant Operations
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Ensuring team takes food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Service excellence in delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Ensure effective Handling of cash and payments accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience as Supervisor role in Food and Beverage
-- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
