Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team at Vivo Amigo Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies effectively.
Train new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations to motivate team members.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Bar tender experience or in a similar role 2 to 3 years within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
