We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously, supervising & training staff, dealing with customers to ensure a positive experience

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively. Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and guest satisfaction. Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering services is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety standards is highly desirable. Bartending experience is a must, with an understanding of drink preparation and service. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing to a positive team environment.

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per month
