We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Lakeside Inn, located in the heart of our bustling community. This role is crucial in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of service and quality.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and safety standards. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Prepare reports on sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in restaurant management software is a plus. Culinary experience is preferred but not mandatory.
