Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient food production, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.

Duties

Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation and service. Lead and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve high performance levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, focusing on quality and innovation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Train new staff on hospitality standards, food preparation techniques, and health regulations. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Excellent team management skills with the ability to supervise effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in hotel or large-scale restaurant operations is advantageous but not essential.
