Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food preparation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Train, mentor, and develop staff in culinary skills, bartending techniques, and customer service excellence.
Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while managing labour costs effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings based on customer feedback.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Skills
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food production techniques.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Proficiency in bartending is an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
