We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer & spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game & offal and very little 'mucking around'.. Not a micro herb in sight and

definitely no tweezers.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and addressing any guest concerns promptly. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with bartending staff to create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring beverage offerings meet guest expectations. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisor role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is crucial.

Pay: 15.50 per hour
