Restaurant Supervisor

to join our front-of-house team. You'll take the lead during service shifts, support the management team, and act as a role model for exceptional guest care.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations Deliver an outstanding guest experience, setting the tone for friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive service Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth Support with training and mentoring of junior staff, helping build team confidence and consistency Coordinate floor sections, bookings, and table management systems Ensure the venue is clean, prepared, and fully stocked at all times Work closely with the management team on service standards, promotions, and operational improvements Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role within a restaurant or hospitality setting A natural leader with the confidence to run a shift and inspire others Strong communication and team-building skills Passionate about hospitality, with a genuine focus on guest experience Calm and solutions-focused under pressure Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods

Pay: 13.30-13.80 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
