We are seeking an enthusiastic, cheerful, individual to join our team as a restaurant supervisor. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of restaurant service, from food preparation to guest interactions, all aimed at creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest services by welcoming and seating customers promptly. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Prepare drinks including wines and cocktails Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality. Lead the team where appropriate to ensure seamless food and drink service

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer experience. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak service hours. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Bar and mixology experience
This is a 40 hour position.
