Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic supervisor to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, managing the team on shift and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Your ability to upsell and provide excellent guest services will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Lead the team during food service Ensure service is always up to standard across the team Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and adherence to food safety standards. Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Previous experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or culinary environment is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required.

Pay: 12.00-13.50 per hour
