Being a Team Leader in Chef and Brewer is about the ability to make everyone feel welcome guests and team alike. You lead your team to take ownership of their guests journeys every step of the way from a warm welcome, through a great quality pub meal to the moment they say goodbye.

Our beautiful, cosy country style pubs should be where everyone feels instantly at home. Seriously good pub food and expertly curated drinks served by a friendly, knowledgeable team. So, for our guests a quick drink after work, catch up with friends, or special family meal is always a very welcoming escape. As a Chef & Brewer Team Leader you should be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use your natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team that truly cares about the guest experience they deliver as well as driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. You will be joining Greene King, with nearly 200 years of brewing experience - pubs are in our DNA. As a part of the largest Brewery & Pub Company, you'll have many opportunities to progress, and we'll support you every step of the way.

About the role

Are you looking for that new year new career? This stunning pub is located just outside of St Neot's and part of our Chef & Brewer collection brand within Greene King. Our team are well established and friendly, the site has an excellent reputation with our guest's and we desire an experienced team leader who will drive the Crown further into growth, demonstrating great leadership within the team and allowing them the tools to do there role well.
