We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to help our Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
to help the restaurant Manager to manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, food production, and customer service.
Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Develop and implement training programmes for new staff to enhance their skills in culinary practices and hospitality.
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the culinary world.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant management role with a strong understanding of food production and preparation processes.
