The Role
We are looking for a capable and ambitious
Restaurant Manager
to lead the front-of-house team and drive service excellence across our restaurant operations. This is more than a management role--it's a chance to make your mark as we continue to build our reputation for quality and innovation in the regional hospitality scene.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, lead and develop the FOH team, and collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless, guest-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service at every touchpoint.
Lead, train, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive, professional, and high-performing culture.
Take a hands-on approach to customer service--engaging with guests, managing expectations, and resolving issues with confidence and care.
Work with senior leadership and the Head Chef to evolve menus, dining concepts, and service delivery.
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to support both quality and cost-efficiency.
Uphold rigorous standards in health, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
Support wider business initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
What We're Looking For
A proven track record in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or restaurants.
Strong leadership qualities and a natural ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with staff and guests.
A commitment to delivering consistently high standards in food, drink, and service.
Confidence in dealing with budgets, rotas, and supplier negotiations.
A good understanding of food preparation processes and front-of-house service; experience in bartending or beverage management is an advantage.
