Position: Roofing Surveyor

Organisation: Taylor Roofs, 3 Firth Road, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 5DJ

Shift: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm

Taylor Roofs are seeking an experienced roofer/roofing professional who is seeking their next career move to fulfil this unique position within our business. Our ideal candidate will have experience within the domestic roofing market and already have proven skills and experience in roofing surveying, estimating and quoting.

However if you are an experienced roofer looking for your next step on the career ladder, training can be provided for the ideal candidate.

Admin support and training will be provided.

Skills crucial for this role are:

Communication with clients to ensure that the company provide the best solution for their roofworks.

Maintaining accurate records during the survey to ensure that you have accurate information, to put together the quote on your return to the office.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations whilst surveying the customers property. You must also be aware of compliance when putting together the quote for works, to ensure that it meets Health & Safety regulations.

Ability to work towards set business KPI's and sales targets.

Excellent knowledge of roofs and experience of identifying roof leaks on slate, tile and flat roofs and identifying how to resolve the issues for the customer.

Willing to learn and grow and be adaptable in your role.

Flexible working attitude and a willingness to support colleagues when required.

Full clean UK driving licence is essential in order to travel to customers homes to carry out roof surveys.

Pay: 33,280.00-37,440.00 per year
