About the Role:



We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to help drive growth and support the wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and sectors. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions. Support the creation of compelling sales proposals and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales activity and client information. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Provide regular reports on pipeline development, activity, and performance metrics. Attend networking events and events to promote our services and products.

Requirements



Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Full Driving License to enable travel to client meetings and events Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset. Organised with good attention to detail and time management. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a sales, business development / customer-facing, or commercial role is advantageous. Must be highly competent with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
