Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities to manage marketing initiatives and sales teams effectively. You will have a budget to outsource SMM, videography/photography and content creation. There is an in house SEO/PPC/lead generation specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

2. Brand Management:
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

3. Sales Management:
- Take the lead to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Establish sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems to track progress and results.

4. Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimise online presence, including website, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilise digital marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for creative and promotional support.

7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and report on budget performance regularly.
