Wirral Sensory Services is a leading sensory profiling and consumer research company, providing a full range of services including food, beverage, and household product testing, focus groups, surveys, and market trend analysis.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Wirral. This role will focus on driving business development with both new and existing clients, helping to expand our reach and enhance our market presence.

About the Sales & Marketing Manager role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our sales and marketing strategies. This is a pivotal role that reports directly to the company directors and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and marketing function, including planning, execution and performance monitoring.

This is a hands-on, office-based position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth and building brand presence.

The role involves a blend of responsibilities including client engagement via Microsoft Teams, the development and execution of LinkedIn campaigns, outbound telephone sales, and the promotion of our brand across social media platforms. You will play a key role in driving growth and increasing our market presence through strategic planning and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills

Skilled in creating and managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns

Experience setting up and running client meetings via Microsoft Teams

Proven ability to generate new business through outbound calls

Hands-on experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Analytics

Support the expansion of the company's social media presence

Positive team player who contributes to a collaborative work environment

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
