Tempeo is recruiting on behalf of a growing and resilient construction company for a
Sales & Operations Assistant
. This is a dynamic, entry-level role perfect for someone looking to build a career in sales, operations, or executive support. You will play a key part in the company's business development efforts, support their sales team, and assist their senior management with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Research and identify new project opportunities, make outbound calls to secure appointments for the sales team, and qualify prospects.
Sales & CRM Administration:
Maintain accurate CRM records, support the sales team with administrative tasks, and track sales performance against KPIs.
Executive & Business Support:
Assist the Managing Director with scheduling and general business tasks, including arranging labour and following up on invoices.
Skills & Attributes
Experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is preferred, with a background in construction recruitment being a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a confident phone manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Resilient and adaptable, with a proactive approach to learning.
Package & Benefits
Salary:
25,000 per year, with performance-based quarterly and annual bonuses.

Hybrid (remote work with an office base in Northampton).
