We're Hiring: Sales - Architectural Glazing

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire | Only local candidates within a 50-minute travel radius will be considered.

The Role

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with experience in the architectural glazing industry who thrives in a design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process, delivering fast, professional responses and building long-term relationships.

Project Oversight:

Support the full sales journey -- from initial enquiry to post-sale coordination -- ensuring every project aligns with client expectations and company standards.

Sales Strategy:

Attend regular sales meetings, contribute to discussions on strategy, service delivery, and client targeting.

Market & Product Insight:

Stay informed on industry trends, help identify new product opportunities, and work closely with the marketing team to enhance client experience.

Technical Growth:

Build your understanding of glazing systems to better guide clients through technical discussions and proposals.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in architectural glazing or a closely related sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organised, motivated, and commercially driven. Confident working both independently and as part of a team. Tech-savvy and proficient with email, CRMs, and document handling.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
