: Sales Development Representative

Salary:

18,000 - 35,000 EUR Base + Commission

Your Responsibilities:



You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media. You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team - focusing on companies in the financial services sector. You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking. You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information. You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.

Requirements



What you need:



1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail A proactive mindset - able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
