About Landlord Studio:




Landlord Studio is an innovative SaaS company on a mission to simplify rental accounting and property management for independent landlords around the world. With Making Tax Digital (MTD) transforming the UK property sector, we're scaling rapidly through a partner-led distribution model: accountants and letting agents onboard their landlord clients with Landlord Studio PRO (free until 2028). We're a tight-knit, globally distributed team building tools landlords genuinely love, and now we're hiring our first UK-based SDR to help us grow faster.

About the role:




We're looking for a motivated and confident

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our UK go-to-market team.


As our first SDR hire in the UK, you'll be the engine driving top-of-funnel growth for our partner pipeline. You'll focus on

outbound prospecting, booking qualified meetings, and supporting account-based campaigns

targeting accounting firms and letting agents.


This isn't about endless cold calls, you'll be part of targeted campaigns involving personalised executive briefs, CPD workshops, and MTD Clinics. You'll play a key role in making our UK GTM a success.

What You'll Own



Prospect and engage accountants and letting agents through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Partner Marketing and Solutions teams. Drive attendance at MTD Clinics and events such as Accountex. Support ABM campaigns with timely follow-up on direct mail packs, exec briefs, and LinkedIn Matched Audiences. Keep the CRM up to date with activity and pipeline progress. Represent Landlord Studio professionally at UK industry events.

What We're Looking For



1-2 years' experience in SaaS sales, B2B outbound, or a commercial internship role. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging prospects over the phone and online. Highly organised, persistent, and driven by targets. Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Must be legally allowed to work in the UK

Nice to Haves



Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay and other prospecting tools. Exposure to account-based marketing campaigns. Interest in SaaS, property, or accounting/financial services.
