Are you a driven and ambitious professional looking to make a big impact in a fast-paced sales environment? We're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You'll play a key role in driving our growth by engaging with prospects, building relationships, creating opportunities, and optimizing our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities



1. Email and Follow-Up Calls:



Plan & manage email campaigns to engage highly relevant contacts Follow up on responses with personalized emails, LinkedIn connections or calls.

2. Sales Funnel & CRM Management:



Build out a structured sales funnel process to track and convert leads effectively. Update and maintain HubSpot to create sales pipelines and internal communications

3. List Generation & ICP Development:



Generate targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP). Leverage tools like Lusha, Sales Navigator, and Clay for accurate data sourcing.

4. Messaging and Outreach:



Craft compelling cold outreach messages for email, social media, and calls. Adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.

5. Cold Calls and Video Outreach:



Conduct cold calls to qualify and nurture leads. Create and record engaging video outreach campaigns to capture attention.

6. Social Profile & Activity:



Maintain a strong, professional social media presence to drive engagement. Share industry-relevant content to establish thought leadership.

7. Reporting and Analytics:



Monitor and report on key sales metrics to inform strategy and measure success.

Requirements



Proven experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role. Experience within B2B tech and software Confident making outbound calls Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and video). Strong LinkedIn presence and proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM Experience with sales tools such as Lusha, Loom, Instantly, or Clay. Ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and handle objections. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Enthusiasm for cold outreach, video communication, and pipeline development.
