We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with clients. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your job is to identify ideal customers, engage them through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach, and book high-quality discovery meetings for our Business Development Managers.
This role is perfect for someone with energy, curiosity, and a drive to build a career in tech sales.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target companies within our ideal client profile
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media
Qualify leads based on need, fit, and readiness
Book meetings for our BDMs to progress the conversation
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Collaborate with marketing and the wider sales team to refine outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence on the phone and a willingness to engage with new people
A self-starter attitude - you're organised, resilient, and results-driven
Tech-savvy - comfortable learning about IT services and business software
Based in the North East.
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
