About the role

The successful candidate for our car sales executive position will have experience in a similar sales role, with proven customer service skills and ability to work well with targets.

The Vauxhall Car Sales Executive role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such, it demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

Meeting and exceeding objectives, achieving new & used vehicles sales targets Promoting finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded. Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits. Efficiently using digital technology and online process to be able to assist customers with their enquiries remotely Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements / news.

Your Profile:

Previous sales experience in motor vehicle retail is desirable Warm and engaging personality with excellent communication skills Enthusiasm to exceed monthly sales objectives Friendly and professional manner to engage well with customers and the team Maths and English Grade 4-9 Team- player A Full UK Driving Licence
