The role




The Sales Manager here at Redwing will proactively drive business growth within the estate agency market. This involves actively generating leads, managing staff, and effectively managing their own time and diary to optimize branch resources.


The role requires a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Meeting and exceeding targets and objectives are key responsibilities of the role.

The right fit



A Full UK Driving License is essential and access to own vehicle. (Free parking provided)

Proven track record in business development and achieving targets. NAEA qualification desirable. Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results. Ability to meet sales targets and goals. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. An understanding of excellence in customer service.
