Role Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving marketing initiatives to promote our products and services. This role combines hands-on sales with creative marketing, making it ideal for someone who thrives on both customer engagement and strategic promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through proactive sales calls and networking Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and in-branch promotions) Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development (timber/ construction sector experience is a plus but not essential) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management Self-motivated and able to work independently Full UK driving licence
