We're expanding the project side of our business and currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Sales Manager with providing estimates, quotations and tender bids to customer requirements including gathering of supporting documentation
Procurement and allocation of materials to Engineering team on and off site
Processing orders, invoicing and applications for payment using Sage software
Tracking sales progress from quotation to invoicing
Note: Task-specific training and ongoing support will be provided.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
Past sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
PC literate with competent use of Microsoft Office packages.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
Previous experience within generators, plant Machinery or engines
Knowledge of Sage 200 and CRM for stock control and order processing.
Working Hours & Contract:
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30
