Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive
Sales & Office Administrator
whose primary strength is driving new business and client relationships for our architectural services, while also providing top-tier general office support. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and clients, champion our services, and keep our back-office running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Lead Generation & Outreach
: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (cold-calling, networking, follow-ups).
Client Meetings & Proposals
: Meet with potential clients, prepare tailored quotations and presentation materials.
Pipeline Management
: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, proposals, and sales conversions in our CRM/system.
Market Research
: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and potential partners to inform sales strategy.
General Office Administration
Communication
: Manage incoming/outgoing emails and phone calls; liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Records & Documentation
: Develop and maintain filing systems (digital and paper) for contracts, drawings, invoices, and project files.
Project Tracking
: Update and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets in our internal systems.
Reception & Office Support
: Greet visitors, coordinate office supplies, and ensure a tidy, professional environment.
What We're Looking For
Sales Expertise
: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in architectural, construction, or professional services.
Excellent Communication
: Outstanding written and verbal English; confident presenter.
Organisational Skills
: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
IT Proficiency
: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM/system management experience is a plus.
Client-Centred
: Friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine desire to build lasting relationships.
Driving Licence
: Desirable but not essential.
Architecture Knowledge
: Familiarity with architectural design processes, terminology, or software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) is preferred.

Pay: 23,809.00-24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
