Job Description

We are a busy, successful, family run company searching for a quality candidate to complement our existing team.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00. You will also be required to work Saturday 08.00 to 12.00 on a rota basis.

The applicant will be required to perform general administration duties to include but not inclusive of:

Economy Gas Services (gas cylinders)



Working as part of a team to complete the following responsibilities.

Answering the phone taking orders

Dealing with customers face to face, serving bottles and taking payment.

Daily Stock checks

General clerical/administrative duties including producing letters, taking payments, photocopying, scanning, manual updates, and other filing and paperwork.

Assisting the manager with ad hoc duties.

Air products collections and distribution. This is industrial gas used for welding and other needs

Answering enquiries over the phone, email and social media regarding availability, price. Etc.

Involvement with projects where required.

Kings Lynn Self Storage (containers)



Working as part of a team to complete the following responsibilities.

General clerical/administrative duties including producing letters, taking payments, photocopying, scanning, manual updates, and other filing and paperwork.

Answering enquiries over the phone, email and social media regarding availability, prices, etc.

Updating storage system with payments received.

Entering new contracts and terminate contracts completed.

Filling in rental agreement.

Site checks, going to the sites and checking status of containers (nearly 300 containers between 2 sites Bawsey and Hardwick)

Occasionally arranging auctions of containers.

Involvement in projects, which can sometimes be very hands on and manual.

Essential experience;



A Full UK driver's license with own transport.

Happy to work as part of a team, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.

Not afraid to be hands on in and out of the office.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

Ability to organise, multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.

Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel.

Excellent communication, administration skills, both written and verbal.
