Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions and will be responsible for managing office resources, supporting staff, and enhancing productivity. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance profitability. Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies. Apply insights to improve the online store's competitiveness. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimise costs. Contribute to overall business growth. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle any issues that arise within the office environment promptly and effectively.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation. A background in ecommerce is advantageous but not essential.
