We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front of house team member to join us at The Collective. This is a key role to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities include
- Answering phone calls and booking clients
- Greeting clients upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Managing messages and emails
- Assisting in keeping the shop floor running smoothly
- Preparing refreshments for clients
- Maintaining a clean and tidy salon environment
- Promoting and selling retail products
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous salon experience is preferred but not essential; you may be asked to shampoo and blow-dry, and full training will be provided
- Starting wage is in line with the national living wage.
Hours include a Wed late night and every Saturday 8-2
