Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team at Seasons Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring that every customer enjoys a satisfying dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and service. Working Monday to Friday and alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences. Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen managers to meet culinary standards. Ensure all food preparation is conducted in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Experience in serving customers with a friendly and approachable attitude is an advantage.
