Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer orders
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwich making
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and upselling products
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques within a kitchen setting
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to create visually appealing and tasty sandwiches
- Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service practices
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
