We are seeking a skilled Supervisor who will be in contact with workforce & operations of the company on a daily basis
Duties
Construct scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety standards.
Ensure all scaffolding is level and plumb, making necessary adjustments as required.
Use power tools and hand tools to assemble scaffolding components efficiently.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, to ensure seamless integration of scaffolding with ongoing construction activities.
Perform regular inspections of scaffolding for safety compliance and structural integrity.
Dismantle scaffolding after project completion, ensuring all materials are accounted for and stored properly.

Skills
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to scaffold building.
Strong understanding of how to plumb structures accurately.
Experience with roofing tasks is advantageous.
Basic electrical knowledge can be beneficial for integrating scaffolding with electrical installations.
Welding skills are a plus for custom scaffold fabrication.
Familiarity with masonry work may enhance scaffold stability in certain applications.
Ability to fabricate custom scaffolding solutions as needed for unique project requirements.
Previous experience as a carpenter is beneficial, providing insight into structural integrity and design principles.
Skills in painting may be useful for finishing touches on scaffold structures.
