Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:



Computer-based scheduling and diary management Planning and organising vehicle routes efficiently Booking customer treatments and managing appointments Handling all types of customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat Managing customer accounts and processing payments Providing high-quality customer service at all times Supporting general receptionist duties and front-of-house responsibilities

Job Requirements:



Strong computer literacy and confident telephone manner Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Capable of interacting with people at all levels professionally Able to think strategically and be proactive Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative Able to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines Highly organised with good time management skills Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Quick to learn new software systems
This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Start date: ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 27,500.00 per year
